Update on service delivery changes
Our services have changed with much more advice being given via telephone or email and reduced drop in sessions. Face-to-face appointments are still available if necessary for complex problems, but are normally arranged after an initial telephone review.

All Drop In services at this location are currently suspended but a Reception Only Service is available from 9:30 to 12:30 Monday to Wednesday. (If the door is locked at these times please ring the bell on the side door.)
Face to face advice appointments are offered on Monday to Friday. To ensure we make the best use of our resources and to help our clients get the best advice at the earliest possible time, appointments are made after an initial telephone interview, please call 01625-432847 and leave your details on the Answerphone to arrange.
