Our services have changed with much more advice being given via telephone or email and reduced drop in sessions. Face-to-face appointments are still available if necessary for complex problems, but are normally arranged after an initial telephone review.

Then an adviser will call back quite quickly to offer help.

A Face to Face Appointment service at the Civic Hall is now available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:15am to 12:45pm. To arrange an appointment please call 01625-432847 and leave your details on the Ansaphone. Then an adviser will call back to either arrange an appointment or offer advice as is most appropriate.
All Drop in services at this location are currently suspended.
