Face to Face Appointments at the Civic Hall are on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:15am to 12:45pm. Call our admin line 01625-432847 to make an appointment , which is open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 1pm.

Anyone seeking to make a new claim for Universal Credit should call the Universal Credit Help to Claim line on 0800 1448444.
